My name is John Feller, and I’ve been in private practice for over 30 years.  I was born and raised in rural Nebraska and have spent my entire professional life in Northeast Nebraska representing area farmers, business people and working folks.  In recent years I have focused more of my practice on asset protection and debt mediation in general and bankruptcy in particular.

I know how important it is to my clients that they be able to get solid legal advice from an experienced attorney when caught up in circumstances that are in many instances completely overwhelming.  They want to resolve their financial difficulties as quickly and easily as possible.  I especially realize, from my many years of professional experience, how devastating the emotional and psychological strain can be when families and individuals are facing a financial crisis.  I understand the fear of financial ruin clients face and the unbelievable anxiety, stress, fear, uncertainty and guilt that these situations create.

I am committed to using my experience and expertise as a bankruptcy lawyer in Nebraska to relieve the anxiety and stress for clients involved in financial crisis.  We will offer a helping hand so that our clients can make a fresh start and move to a brighter future for themselves and their family.
